• Custom or customized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Hats are final sale due to the nature of the product. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution that feels fair.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 of delivery and we’ll make it right.
