How It Works

Submit Your Inquiry
Fill out the form below with your vision. Include inspirational images or your logo, thread colors, font or text style, or any design details you have in mind. The more detail, the better.
Design Approval
We'll collaborate with you to finalize your design before anything goes into production. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve your design before we begin.
Pricing & Payment
Custom single hats start at $45. Full payment is required before production begins — once confirmed, your order enters our queue and we get to work. Ordering for a team, event, or brand? Bulk pricing is available. Just fill out the form below and we'll talk quantities.
Production & Delivery
Current turnaround is 1-2 weeks from the date of design approval and payment. During high-volume periods, we'll always communicate any delays directly with you. If you have a specific deadline or event date, please let us know upfront and we will do our best to accommodate. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

A Few Important Reminders

Minor Variations
Minor variations in placement or sizing may occur and are a natural part of the embroidery process. Thread colors may appear slightly different from what you see on a screen, but we are happy to guide you toward the closest match available.
Design Limitations
Some highly detailed, very small, or AI-generated design ideas may not always be realistic for embroidery and may need to be simplified or adjusted to stitch well. We will always advise you on this during the design process.
Orders are Final Sale
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please double-check all spelling, names, and details before approving your design. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
